Individual Reservations

When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Amount Requested

The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 7 days of booking.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received 7 days after the booking date, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.

Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.

2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

Until April 02, 2026: Cancellation without fees

From April 02, 2026 to April 17, 2026: 30% of the amount paid is retained as a penalty.

From April 18, 2026 to May 01st, 2026: 50% of the amount paid is retained as a penalty.

From May 02nd, 2026: 100% of the amount paid is retained as a penalty.

Rooms remaining unoccupied within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be recovered by the hotel and no refund will be offered.

Name changes can be made at any time, without restriction.

3. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations. 
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment, but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out.
